Anyway, the box got here in good shape, everything was packed well, and nothing was missing or damaged. Smooth overall, and I’d definitely order from them again.

Compared to similar items I’ve bought before, this one felt a little smaller than what the size chart suggested. I ordered a leather bridle and, i’m happy with it. I usually assume anything in this price range might feel a little flimsy, but this one actually looked really nice when it arrived. The stitching was clean and the leather feels solid, not cheap. It did need a bit of breaking in, but I kind of expected that with new leather. Overall, good quality for the price and I’d probably buy from them again.

I just wanted to check on my order and get a little reassurance that everything was okay, but it turned into several days of being passed around. Calling didn’t really get me anywhere, and when I emailed, it took ages to get a short response back.
By the time someone finally replied, it felt like I was annoying them just by asking. I never got a clear update or any sense that they cared about helping, which made the whole experience more stressful than it needed to be. I wouldn’t order from them again.
